Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the ‘GDPR’), Protim SRL, as Data Controller, hereby provides you the following information regarding the processing of your personal data contained in your curriculum vitae. Such processing will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Data collection
Curricula vitae (CVs) are received by the company via email and may represent: (i) a spontaneous application; (ii) a response to specific job offers and recruitment ads published by the company.
Purposes and legal basis for the processing
The personal data submitted will be processed exclusively for identifying and assessing human resources and for the recruitment and selection of potential candidates for a possible working relationship.
The legal basis for data processing is the execution of pre-contractual steps related to the employment relationship, pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1) of the Regulation.
The collection will involve only common personal data.
If the candidate also provides special categories of personal data as defined in article 9 of the GDPR (more specifically, data concerning health belonging to protected categories, as well as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning sex life or sexual orientation), such data will be processed based on validly given consent.
Data processing methods and Period for which the personal data will be stored
The personal data in question will be processed using tools suitable to ensure their security and confidentiality, both manually and through automated means. While optional, providing personal data is necessary to pursue the purposes described. Failure to provide all or part of the data would make it impossible to properly carry out the selection activities described above.
The data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the stated purposes and, in any case, for no longer than 24 months after being received, period during which you will always have the right to update them.
The personal data you submit will not be disclosed but may be processed by the company’s personnel, as individuals authorised to process data, within the scope of their duties or by virtue of their position within the company.
Transfer of personal data
No personal data of the data subject shall be transferred to a third country outside the European Union or to International Organisations.
Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you have the right to request from the Controller the updating, rectification, completion, or erasure of your data, and to object to the processing in the cases provided for by the Regulation. These rights may be exercised simply by writing to the Data Controller’s registered office or by sending an email to info@protim.it
